We build it.
We keep it running.
Infratek designs, installs and maintains the systems that keep buildings working: power, cooling, water, fire safety and controls. One team from the first drawing to the hundredth service visit.

Most building problems start where the builder's job ends and the maintenance team's begins. We cover both sides, so nothing falls in the gap.

How we maintain it
From survey to service
Every engagement follows the same four stages, whether it's a single plant room or a full building handover.
Assess the site
We walk the building, test existing systems and record every asset and its condition.

Our engineers size and specify systems, then price the work with a clear scope.

Common questions
Quick answers to what clients usually ask before working with us.
What is included in a site survey?
An engineer visits the building, inspects the main systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety) and records each asset and its condition. You receive a written condition report with recommended work and priorities.
Do you only maintain systems you installed?
No. We take over existing buildings too. We start with a survey, build an asset register, and then set up a maintenance plan for the equipment already on site.
Can we hire you for engineering only, or maintenance only?
Yes. You can contract us for a single project, a maintenance contract, or both. Clients who use both get one point of contact for the whole building.
How do you report on maintenance work?
Every visit is logged. You receive a monthly report covering completed tasks, open issues, asset condition and recommended upgrades.
What happens in an emergency?
Maintenance clients get access to our emergency line. A technician is sent to make the system safe and restore service as quickly as possible.
